No. The weighted ends slow the stick down, so most beginners manage their first controlled juggle in a single session.
What age is it for?

Flower stick or devil stick: what is the difference?
It is the same game. Devil stick is the classic name; flower stick refers to the soft, flower-like ends that slow the stick down and make it easier to learn.
